Terms
the agreement for using the service1. The service
Xape ("the service") is a non-custodial web application. It lets you create an order, buy USDC on Solana from a third-party provider of your choice into your own wallet, and then swap that USDC into another Solana token through Jupiter in a transaction you sign with your own wallet. The service never holds your funds, never takes card payments, is not a party to your purchase from the provider, never signs transactions on your behalf and never has access to your wallet secrets.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the service and the provider you buy USDC from in your jurisdiction, and must comply with that provider's terms. A provider may decline a payment or ask you to verify your identity; that is between you and the provider.
3. Orders
An order has two steps. The purchase of USDC happens at a provider you choose, under its terms, into your own wallet; we only detect the deposit on chain. The swap (USDC to the target token) is a transaction you sign. We show an estimate before you buy, which is not locked, and a final quote at swap time, which is valid for the time shown. Amounts, fees, price impact and slippage are computed by our backend from on-chain and Jupiter data and displayed to you before you confirm. An order with no deposit within the published window expires and nothing is owed.
4. Fees
Providers charge their own fees, shown on their side before you pay. We charge a swap fee at the rate shown in the quote, which is zero for eligible holders. Network cost (sponsored gas and any token account rent) is recovered in USDC inside the swap transaction and shown before you sign. No fee applies to an order whose target is USDC unless shown in the quote.
5. Risks
Token prices move. On-chain transfers are irreversible. A swap can fail, in which case your USDC remains in your wallet. Tokens marked Unverified are not reviewed by us; you choose them at your own risk. We do not provide investment, legal or tax advice.
6. Holder rewards and referrals
Holder rewards and referral payouts are discretionary distributions of a share of the fees we actually collect, paid in USDC under the rules published on the Rewards and Card pages. They depend on protocol fees and are not guaranteed, may change with notice on those pages, and are not an investment return.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to evade a provider's checks, or with funds you are not entitled to use.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from price movements, failed or delayed transactions, provider decisions or delays, wallet software, network congestion or your own errors.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date.
